We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our global manufacturing company, located in İstanbul.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in Engineering,
  • Minumum 10 years warehouse experience,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Experience in using SAP EWM Module,
  • Advanced level of MS Office Programs,
  • Strong business acumen for effectively managing the costs and revenues,
  • Experience in International Projects,
  • Excellent team leader and partner with agile mindset,
  • Self -managing and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
  • Flexible approach, a keen eye for detail and the ability to make good, balanced business decisions to meet future business and customer requirements,
  • Good at written and verbal communication skills,
  • Understanding customer requirements and anticipating the responds and changes appropriately,
  • Negotiation skills i.e. the ability for protecting the interests of the organization via negotiations,
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.


Job Description:


  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment,
  • Control and reporting operational KPIs warehouse and logistics,
  • Contributing and leading saving, automation and digitalization projects to support business,
  • Tracking the total warehousing and transportation budget, contribute to controllable cost targets,
  • Creating new projects to decrease cost and support implementing new Technologies,
  • Working closely with Procurement, Sales, Sales Operations and Category Management and provide transparency via digital tools to all stakeholders,
  • Collaborating with Procurement teams to sustain future fit suppliers with competitive prices,
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations, transportation and supply chain management,
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure proper resource allocation,
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse teams, ensuring a high level of engagement and performance,
  • Establish and assess performance metrics for warehouse staff, implementing action plans to drive improvements,
  • Enforce warehouse safety regulations and compliance with company policies and local labor laws,
  • Implement safety training programs and ensure adherence to health and safety standards,
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace safety and minimize operational risks,
  • Manage strategic projects related to warehouse expansion, automation, and process enhancement,
  • Ensure successful implementation of logistics and operational strategies in alignment with business goals,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects and process.
