Warehouse Manager

The chosen candidate will be responsible for organising, supervising and coordinating the warehouse and logistics area. Should be aware of all warehouse’s areas, in order to increase the quality and efficiency of the storage systems. Should maintain a real JIT inventory.

Your tasks:

• Management of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Supervision and management of incoming and outgoing goods, following handling procedures and methods.
• New items quality control.
• Order fulfilment assurance (time, quality and safety).
• Resources selection (goods and manpower) necessary to develop the warehouse activities.
• Warehouse maintenance control.
• Manage and carry out inventories and therefore check its fulfilment.
• Keep updated storage systems.
• Make sure the proper functioning of clock in and clock out terminals, within the warehouse, according with Nordex standards and ERP.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally within precast industry.
• Qualifications: Civil engineering or similar
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership with the capability to motivate and manage teams.
• Analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Resolutive personality used to face the difficulties and current day-to-day problems.
• Ability to work with teams in which members have a different culture or background.
• Will be a plus :
• Experience in maintenance management programs will be a plus, as well as in certain environmental, legal or Occupational Risk Prevention regulations in Precast production.
• Know how to deal with certain programs such as: SAP, ERP project development -.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Specialization studies on production planning and management, process analysis, outsourcing, etc.
• Willing to travel
