Warehouse Manager

`Ushayrah, Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose

  • To oversee the efficient operation, management, and optimization of CCBCSA’s regional warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely distribution, and high service levels that support the supply chain’s contribution to overall business objectives.


Job Accountabilities & Activities


  1. Manage Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of finish goods to KSA Depot, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies in factory WHs “FG/RM”.
  2. Implement Safety and Compliance Standards by enforcing company and regulatory policies to create a safe work environment and maintain operational compliance.
  3. Optimize Inventory Control Systems to ensure accuracy in safety stock levels in plant WHs and Depots and reduce instances of stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence.
  4. Supervise and Develop Warehouse Team by providing guidance, training, and performance management, fostering a productive and safety-conscious workforce.
  5. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Teams to ensure timely delivery of FG to meet customer demand and help to SELL objectives.
  6. Manage Warehouse Budget by monitoring and controlling costs related to labor, equipment, and supplies, optimizing resource allocation while meeting operational needs.
  7. Oversee Warehouse Layout and Organization to maximize space utilization, streamline processes, and facilitate efficient order picking and packing.
  8. Conduct Regular Audits and Inspections to maintain accuracy in inventory records, ensuring high standards in storage conditions and order accuracy.
  9. Track and Analyze Key Warehouse Metrics including inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and fill rates to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  10. Lead Process Improvement Initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, reducing waste, and improving turnaround times.


Education & Certifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or operations management or supply chain management. Certification in warehousing or logistics management (e.g., APICS, WERC) is a plus.
  2. 8 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry in large scale operations.
  3. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
  4. Knowledgeable in occupational hazards and safety regulations related to logistical operations.

Spoken Arabic and English Language Skills

8 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry in large scale operations.
