Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
The S*pare Parts Warehouse Manager* is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts within the warehouse to Respective Service Centre. This role involves managing stock levels, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a warehouse team to support service and production needs. Also, faulty spare parts return process
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Warehouse Operations:
1. Oversee daily operations related to receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of spare parts.
2. Ensure efficient layout and storage systems to optimize space and improve workflow.
3. Manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure accurate binning and labelling.
· Inventory Control:
1. Maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies through regular cycle counts and audits.
2. Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP systems to track inventory movement.
3. Monitor and control slow-moving or obsolete stock.
4. Checking Received Faulty parts send it to Central warehouse.
· Team Leadership:
1. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
2. Assign tasks and set performance goals for warehouse personnel.
3. Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
· Logistics & Coordination:
1. Coordinate with procurement, service centers, and transport/logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
2. Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups in line with service priorities and SLAs.
· Compliance & Safety:
1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
2. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse.
3. Ensure secure storage of high-value or sensitive parts.
· Reporting & Analysis:
1. Prepare and present reports on inventory status, space utilization, order fulfilment, and staff productivity.
2. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in relevant industries warehouse management, preferably in spare parts or technical inventory.
· Strong experience with warehouse automation, WMS, or CRM systems (e.g., Advance Excel, GCSM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
