The Role: Leading at Scal

eAs a leader in our Middle Mile and Fulfillment network, you will head a region or state, ensuring smooth operations across our sortation and fulfillment centers

• Strategic Oversight : Spearhead Central/Zonal operations and manage the end-to-end flow of shipments
• Network Growth : Plan, design, and operationalize new sortation and fulfillment centers
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a large team (300+) of on-roll and off-roll employees in a dynamic 24/7 environment
• Continuous Improvement : Identify improvement opportunities and drive business process innovation

.What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 6+ years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Logistics Operations
• Education : Graduate degree (MBA from Tier I/II institutes preferred)
• Leadership : Proven ability to manage large teams and navigate industrial relations (IR) issues
• Mindset : A "Customer Obsessed" approach with the agility to solve issues in real-time
