Warehouse Manager - Arabic Speaker

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse and 3PL management combined with in-depth knowledge of JAFZA regulations. This role requires overseeing inventory control, team leadership, safety compliance, and client coordination to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant warehouse functions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance activities while controlling, managing inventory and logistics.

• Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing resource utilization, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity.

• Lead, train, and coach the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

• Initiate, coordinate and enforce ideal operational policies and procedures in the warehouse.

• Assign tasks appropriately to warehouse employees and appraise results.

Inventory & Logistics Control

• Manage stock control and perform reconciliation with data storage system.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth supply chain and logistics coordination.

• Efficiently manage 3PL operations while ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

Warehouse Systems & Process Development

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.

• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.

• Maintain a healthy and safety, hygienic and secured work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare, oversee, and control the annual warehouse budget.

• Collect feedback and proactively implement improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Produce operational reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, QC report, dead stock/damage stock report, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in managing warehouse and 3PL operations within the UAE or any Middle East countries.

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Any related professional certifications are a plus.

• Skills & Competencies: Expertise in all aspects of logistics and 3PL operations.

• Extensive knowledge of regulations and processes within Jafza.

• Proven experience in handling Jafza portal, and other relevant government/free zone platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Languages: Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language (e.g. English and Arabic).
