Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Logistics

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager – Logistics to oversee and manage all warehouse and logistics operations. The role ensures efficient inventory management, smooth inbound and outbound flow, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate with transport providers to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years as Assistant Manager in Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
