Warehouse Manager – Paint Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching paint products.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of paint materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and maintain product shelf life.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations (including fire safety, hazardous material handling, and PPE usage).
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Manage documentation related to inward/outward stock, GRN, dispatch notes, and return goods.
• Address discrepancies in stock movement and implement corrective measures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the paint industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
