Warehouse Officer

Job Purpose

Manage and control all warehouse operations, inventory movement, and material documentation to support procurement, logistics, and project execution for construction and fit-out works. Ensure compliance with GCC customs regulations and smooth coordination with suppliers, transporters, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular audits.

• Oversee receiving, storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.

• Prepare and manage customs documentation for GCC import/export.

• Coordinate with project teams for timely material dispatches.

• Use inventory systems and generate stock movement reports.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and warehouse housekeeping.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4 years of warehouse/inventory management experience.

• Background in construction, fit-out, or manufacturing.

• Knowledge of GCC customs and import/export documentation.

• Arabic speaker with English.

• Knowledge in ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
