Job Summary:

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing the overall warehouse operations — including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. The role ensures accurate recordkeeping, proper stock control, and timely dispatch to support project and office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.

Verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/CRM or manual registers.

Issue materials to site or staff as per approved requisition.

Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of all inventory items.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse area.

Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for material tracking and billing support.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Manage logistics for material dispatch and return.

Ensure compliance with company policies related to material handling and storage.

Supervise helpers or assistants working in the warehouse.

Monitor expiry, damage, or unused materials and report to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

Familiarity with material documentation (inward/outward slips, challans, GRNs, etc.).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems preferred).

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Team coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering).

Experience: 2–4 years in warehouse/store management (solar, electrical, or manufacturing industry preferred).

Work Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (as per company policy).

Overtime may be required during dispatch or project peak days.

Reporting Documents:

Daily stock report.

Material Inward/Outward register.

Monthly stock reconciliation report.

Damage/Return report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,481.18 - ₹15,106.96 per month
