Warehouse Operations Manager

• Objective: Efficiently manage warehouse operations, inventory, and staff to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Manage stock inward and outward processes to ensure accurate tracking and efficient operations.

2. Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet demand requirements.

3. Administrative Tasks:

• Upload receiving documents, van details, and daily expense reports into the system.
• Process Rider Fuel Expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Handle petty cash requests, returns, and closures in compliance with company policies.

4. Employee and Resource Management:

• Oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process employee modification requests, such as shift changes or role adjustments.
• Manage key handling procedures and secure access to the warehouse.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory, expenses, and overall warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with management on special assignments and initiatives for operational improvement.

6. Additional Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall warehouse operations to ensure seamless functioning.
• Implement measures to speed up the delivery system and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control fuel expenses for riders and vans, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a daily logbook for all vehicles used in warehouse operations.
• Execute delivery orders and ensure their accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Manage and rectify wrong deliveries efficiently to maintain customer trust.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
• Handle the return of goods to the warehouse and ensure proper entry into the inventory management software.

Starting Salary : RS : 50,000/-

(But Its depend upon candidate experience and exposure )
