Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Warehouse Operations Manager
to lead and manage Contract Logistics (CL) warehouse operations in line with end-to-end logistics objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, sustainability, and high customer satisfaction, while managing KPIs, budgets, contracts, and warehouse projects including new warehouse setups and technical infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities

Manage CL warehouse operations in line with end-to-end logistics objectives,

Lead new warehouse projects, including warehouse setup, construction processes, and technical infrastructure details,

Prepare cost models according to customer operational needs,

Provide profitable and OTIF warehouse solutions to customers,
-
Ensure full customer satisfaction and zero complaint operations,
-
Manage warehouse operations in a profitable, sustainable, high-productivity and lowest-cost structure,
-
Set, evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve operational KPIs,
-
Manage contracts with customers and suppliers,
-
Oversee budget management including Capex and Opex planning and control,
-
Ensure proper bonded warehouse management and compliance with customs regulations,
-
Maintain knowledge and oversight of national and international freight operations,

Ensure effective use and management of WMS and TMS systems,
Your Profile
-
University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related faculties,
-
Minimum 10 years of warehouse operations management experience in Contract Logistics,
-
Strong team, supplier, and customer management skills,
-
Solid knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and customs regulations,
-
Strong understanding of national and international freight processes,

Proven experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, and efficiency improvement,

Strong financial acumen including budget management, Capex & Opex control,
-
Hands-on experience with WMS and TMS systems,

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel (Macro & VBA knowledge preferred),

Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English,

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills,

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction,
