Warehouse Operations Supervisor

I&K Enterprises is seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in Lahore. The role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functions.

Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, dispatch, and team supervision. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with company standards, and continuous process improvement to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Optimize warehouse space, resources, and workflow efficiency.

Inventory Management

• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Foster a disciplined and high-performance work environment.

Coordination & Logistics

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Improvement

• Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics industries preferred.
