Position Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Check-In Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the return process of delivery trucks and ensuring all product, equipment, and paperwork are checked in accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational flow by documenting delivery statuses, supporting timely payments, and ensuring all warehouse areas remain organized and compliant with RAS and client standards. We are now looking for a Check in Coordinator to join our team in Neenah! Key Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee the unloading and check-in process for all returning delivery trucks.
Verify all returned products, equipment, and delivery paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Check in trucks and review paperwork through GE Delivers to ensure prompt and accurate payment to RAS.
Track delivery team return times and ensure teams are operating within expected time frames.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization—inside, outside, and around all operational areas.
Ensure all returned equipment, tools, and materials are properly accounted for and stored.
Document status updates in systems provided by RAS and clients.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally with delivery teams, customers, and management.
Basic computer skills; experience with GE Delivers or similar systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to lift/move items as needed within warehouse operations.
