Warehouse Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Prepare issuance requests with high accuracy in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
- Receive incoming shipments and return orders as per standard operating processes, with attention to packing material handling.
- Maintain accurate and complete warehouse documentation, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Monitor inventory levels by performing regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with system data.
- Ensure the efficient flow of materials to support construction or real estate project timelines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs for reporting, tracking, and communication tasks.
- Operate within ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for inventory, procurement, and warehouse management functions.

Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics personnel, maintaining a professional and proactive approach
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Oracle is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in warehouse settings is an advantage
