We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Storekeeper to manage our warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, accurate inventory control, and proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods within our chocolate manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection of Goods: Accept deliveries of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other incoming stock; verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes; inspect goods for quality and report discrepancies.

Dispatching & Shipping: Prepare and coordinate the timely dispatch of finished chocolate products and outbound shipments; ensure accurate documentation (delivery notes, invoices, waybills).

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems; conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation to minimize variances.

Store Maintenance & Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards (HACCP/GMP awareness is a plus).

Stock Rotation & FIFO/FEFO Compliance: Ensure proper stock rotation, particularly for perishable and date-sensitive chocolate ingredients and finished goods.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of all goods received, issued, and returned; generate daily/weekly stock reports for management review.

Coordination & Communication: Liaise with procurement, production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Material Handling: Safely handle, stack, and store goods using appropriate equipment; ensure all materials are stored under correct temperature and humidity conditions as required for chocolate products.

Loss Prevention: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, theft, damage, or wastage.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skill (spoken) - this is essential
  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, or similar role in an FMCG, food manufacturing, or production environment
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shift with flexibility on scheduling
  • Need to work 10 days Paid Trial Period before confirmation.
