Warehouse Team Lead - Level Shoes

Overview

Chalhoub Group is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead - Level Shoes to oversee fulfillment operations and collaborate cross functionally across buying, supply chain, tech, commercial and 3PL partners. The role ensures accurate, timely order processing, inventory alignment, and continuous improvement of warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor order accuracy, lead times, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting fulfillment performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Buying team to align inventory availability with sales and demand forecasts.
• Work with Supply Chain counterparts to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and inbound logistics coordination.
• Act as a key liaison between cross functional teams to address issues affecting operational flow.
• Coordinate with IT on ongoing projects and ensure UAT signing off prior to launching.
• Coordinate with Commercial, CS and other stakeholders, providing analytical reports and presentations.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure SOPs and compliance standards are followed.
• Support the end to end U.S. operations cycle, including returns, reverse logistics, and warehouse transfers.
• Develop and refine operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction.
