Warehousing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Manage inventory control systems and optimize stock levels across multiple channels
• Lead ecommerce fulfillment processes and improve order accuracy/speed
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and customer service teams
• Implement and optimize WMS, inventory management, and ecommerce platforms
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
• Develop KPIs and reporting systems to track operational performance
• Lead and develop warehouse team members

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehousing and logistics experience (fashion/retail preferred)
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and WMS systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Proven team leadership and project management experience
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and demand planning
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
