Operational Responsibilities


  • Create, prepare, verify, and submit warranty & goodwill claims according to Porsche AG standards.

  • Enter, update, and maintain warranty information in Porsche systems (PCSS).

  • Monitor warranty and goodwill claim flow, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment.

  • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure complete and accurate technical documentation.

  • Confirm POW quantities and types, including roadside assistance expenses.

  • Check availability and proper labeling of warranty parts, ensuring correct storage always.

  • Handle warranty parts and return them to the Porsche importer or Porsche AG within required timelines.

  • Forward approved claims to the importer, insurance companies, or Porsche AG as needed.


Organizational Responsibilities


  • Manage, evaluate, and document all warranty and goodwill cases consistently and transparently.

  • Identify customers with open, overdue, or expiring recalls, workshop actions, or warranty-related jobs.

  • Track, monitor, and report the status of warranty & goodwill processes including invoices, payments, rejections, and pending approvals.

  • Cooperate closely with the Workshop Manager to secure high-quality job documentation and compliance with Porsche standards.

  • Support workshop process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.

Customer Interaction & Service Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with service advisors regarding warranty-related customer needs and updates.

  • Ensure all warranty extensions, approvals, or additional work requests are communicated clearly to customers via the service team.

  • Support the service department in conflict cases, complex requests, or escalated customer complaints related to warranty matters.

  • Ensure accurate, timely responses to customer communication (phone, email, service desk) regarding warranty status when required.

  • Represent Porsche values through professional handling of goodwill requests and sensitive customer cases.

Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate warranty records, claim documentation, and system entries for audit readiness.

  • Update customer and vehicle warranty data regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Prepare internal warranty performance reports including claim accuracy, rejection rates, and processing time.

  • Follow up on pending claims and ensure all supporting documents are submitted on time.

  • Support manufacturer and importer audits by preparing required files and evidence.

Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Porsche AG warranty policies, standards, and operational guidelines.

  • Monitor workshop warranty part storage areas for cleanliness, order, and safety.

  • Ensure all warranty handling processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Actively support change management initiatives related to warranty processes, system updates, or Porsche AG procedural upgrades.




Requirements


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive is preferred).


Experience


  • Proven experience in automotive warranty administration (Porsche or premium brands is a strong plus).

  • Familiarity with Porsche workshop systems, warranty processes, and technical documentation requirements.


Technical Skills


  • Strong knowledge of warranty systems, claim documentation, and Porsche AG procedures.

  • Competent in PCSS, workshop management systems, and reporting tools.

  • Solid understanding of vehicle service operations and technical job documentation.


Soft Skills


  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong documentation accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, pressure, and high-volume claim processing.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written
