Work Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

Mersat Waste Management is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate our waste collection operations. This role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and a clear understanding of frontline challenges in waste management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily waste collection and disposal operations across assigned routes and sites.
• Supervise drivers and helpers to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and safe driving practices.
• Ensure adherence to operational timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement and enforce Health & Safety standards across all activities.
• Prepare shift schedules, assign manpower, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between field teams and management, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain records of operations, reporting, and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in waste management, logistics, or related operations.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
