Watchman

• Monitor and safeguard the building premises to ensure security at all times.
• Oversee and monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain entry/exit logs and record daily security activities and complaints.
• Perform routine cleaning of the building and assist with empty flat cleaning.
• Provide assistance in basic maintenance tasks when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report issues promptly.
• Control access of visitors, staff, and contractors as per building policy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the premises.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
