Silver Corner Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our high-quality water treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the water treatment industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for water treatment products (e.g., filtration systems, RO plants, chemicals, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including industrial, commercial, and governmental sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized water treatment solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor sales performance metrics.

4. Technical & Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Silver Corner Trading’s water treatment products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Chemical/Environmental), or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales, preferably in the water treatment, industrial equipment, or chemical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
