Job Summary:

Jeevan Rekha Hospital is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented WBHS Coordinator to handle all activities related to the West Bengal Health Scheme (WBHS). The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, good knowledge of WBHS procedures, and prior experience in hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and guide patients regarding WBHS eligibility, documentation, and procedures.
  • Handle beneficiary registration, verification, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with different hospital departments to ensure smooth WBHS patient workflow.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, billing, and claim submission.
  • Follow up with WBHS authorities for approvals and reimbursement status.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and patient data.
  • Manage queries from patients, doctors, and staff related to WBHS services.
  • Ensure compliance with WBHS guidelines and hospital policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare administration preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in WBHS coordination or hospital administration.
  • Strong knowledge of WBHS processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computers (MS Office, hospital software).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
