Proven experience as Kitchen Captain / Supervisor
Strong leadership and restaurant operations skills

Kerala food Chef – 1 (Keralites preferred)
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of authentic Kerala cuisine

Waiter – 1 (Keralites preferred)
Good communication and customer service skills

Tandoor / BBQ / Shawarma Maker – 1
Experience in shawarma, BBQ, and tandoor cooking required

Immediate joining preferred
