We are hiring experienced and motivated individuals for our US Campaigns (NIGHT SHIFT). The role involves assisting US-based customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines.

Possitions:

• HR Manager
• Operation Manager
• Q/A
• Verifiers
• CSR

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for US customers.
• Assist clients with campaign plans, benefits, and general inquiries.
• Maintain proper call documentation and update CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (KPIs)
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric/Intermediate.
• Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Prior experience in US international call center is highly preferred
• Also freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings)

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Hours)

Salary:

PKR [35,000 – 150,000] + Incentives (depending on experience)

Location: Rawalpindi Saddar
