WE ARE HIRING – COMPOUND MANAGER (FEMALE ONLY)

A reputed Real Estate Company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly professional and experienced Female Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of residential compounds.

Position: Compound Manager (Female Only)
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the compound efficiently
• Handle tenant relations and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on complaints/issues
• Supervise administrative and operational activities within the compound
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle computer-based tasks
• Ensure smooth communication between tenants, maintenance team, and management
• Monitor cleanliness, security, and overall condition of the property

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management
• Strong background in Administration and Customer Care
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, email communication, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally
• Valid QID with NOC preferred
• Immediate joining will be an advantage
