We Are Hiring – Coordinator
Location: Khobar, Saudi arabia
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Coordinator to manage daily operations, handle client interactions, and oversee employee activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling both client requirements and internal team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and service requests professionally.
Coordinate manpower deployment, replacements, and mobilization according to client needs.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and performance tracking.
Manage logistics such as accommodation, transportation, and other employee needs.
Prepare quotations, reports, and project updates for management and clients.
Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
1-2 years of experience in coordination or operations (experience in manpower/trading industry preferred).
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle field-related tasks when required.
