• About the Role:
• As an Inbound Customer Care Representative,you will be the first point of contact for our UK clients, providing exceptional service and managing their travel needs efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.

• Key Responsibilities:

*

• · Handle inbound calls from UK customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• · Efficiently manage airport transfers, local taxi bookings, and service inquiries.
• · Accurately process bookings via phone, email, and online systems using client-provided software.
• · Provide accurate price quotations and resolve customer queries effectively.
• · Dispatch jobs to drivers promptly and in line with company procedures.
• · Liaise with clients, colleagues, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Who You Are (Requirements):

*

• · Minimum 2 years of experience in a UK-based taxi/cab call center is essential.
• · Excellent communication skills with a clear and neutral British accent.
• · Proven experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
• · Proficiency with taxi booking software, preferably iCabbi or Autocab.
• · A problem-solver with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• · Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work according to the shift schedule (including limited night shifts).

• · Salary: Rs 100,000 - Rs 150,000 per month
