We are looking for Production & Planing Officer to join our team on Immediate based

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.

Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.

Continuously strive for process improvement to enhance overall product quality.

Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Work closely with the production team to implement process enhancements and streamline operations.

Monitor key performance indicators to assess and optimize production performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Communicate production schedules, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Address any production-related issues promptly and effectively.

Ensure accuracy in stock of WIP & pre-production location

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.

Generate regular reports on production efficiency, quality, and other relevant metrics.

Qualofication:

Bachelor / Master's (in Mechanical Prefered)

Experiance:

2 to 3 Years (Molding Preferred)

Salary:

65,000 to 70,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
