Production Executive – Automotive Body Parts

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an automotive body parts manufacturing company based in Karachi, for the position of Production Executive. Preference will be given to candidates with previous automotive production experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend daily morning meeting and review previous day productivity reports
• Manage daily production according to production schedule
• Handle and guide a team of workers to achieve daily production targets
• Set production priorities based on urgency
• Coordinate with immediate seniors to resolve plant and production issues
• Maintain proper production and plant documentation
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are followed
• Support design and development team for part improvement and new product development
• Identify team-related issues and provide continuous support
• Maintain 5S standards in the department
• Provide plant orientation to new employees
• Monitor overall productivity
• Look after re-taping area and alignment of finished goods

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive production
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage workers and daily production activities
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
