Position Overview
As a Web Content Coordinator, you will help shape clear, accessible, and user-focused web experiences for Antioch’s internal and external audiences. This role centers on collaborating with diverse, often nontechnical stakeholders to translate their goals into effective web content that supports usability, accessibility, and strong user experience. You will serve as a trusted partner and guide, helping stakeholders navigate content strategy, updates, and publishing processes while ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
In this position, you will manage and fulfill web requests through a collaborative support model, emphasizing thoughtful communication, problem-solving, and customer service. You will review and publish content, recommend improvements aligned with web best practices, and help maintain a well-organized, healthy content management system that supports intuitive navigation and meaningful user engagement.
Working closely with marketing and web team members, you will contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance site usability, accessibility, and overall effectiveness.
This is a part-time remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet workspace. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor, with hours occurring within standard business hours. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, averaging 20 hours per week.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires daily use of computer and other standard office equipment.
