Spruce Technology is seeking a Web Content Writer for a part-time (5-month) contract opportunity — approximately 152 hours total (6–7 hours/week).

Role Overview: The Content Writer will collaborate with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex program and service information into clear, engaging, and user-focused web content.

You’ll help shape the organization’s tone of voice, ensuring content is accessible, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Deliverables: Content Guidelines: Define tone, style, brand voice, and recommended word counts.

Page Outlines: Structure and messaging for 10 priority pages.

Draft Content: Two rounds of copy drafts for 10 pages.

Final Content Package: Approved copy aligned with wireframes.Wireframe Review Support: Test content flow and readability within design layouts.

Duration: 5 months (152 hrs total) Hours: ~6–7 hrs/week
