Technical Roles & Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Build responsive, accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid) and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Optimize performance (Lighthouse 90+): minification, lazy loading, critical CSS, WebP/AVIF.
• Create reusable components and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Integrate analytics, schema markup, and SEO best practices.

Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, CRUD modules, and form handlers.
• Manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, including queries and migrations.
• Implement authentication, validation, caching, and error logging.

Hosting & Server Management (WHM / cPanel)

• Manage hosting, DNS, SSL, email, and backups via WHM/cPanel.
• Deploy builds using Git/SCP, monitor uptime, and handle staging workflows.

UI/UX Design & CRO

• Convert goals into wireframes, mockups, and intuitive user flows.
• Design high-converting landing pages with optimized CTAs and tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
• Conduct usability checks and A/B testing to enhance conversions.

QA, Security & Maintenance

• Perform unit/smoke tests, fix 404/redirect issues, and patch vulnerabilities.
• Enforce HTTPS/HSTS, update libraries, and maintain regular backups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
