Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Real Estate Projects)

Location: Onsite (Full-Time)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (in a similar role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly competent and proactive Full Stack Web Developer with strong technical expertise and proven experience in real estate web projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of architecting, developing, managing, and maintaining multiple web-based systems, while ensuring modern design standards, performance optimization, and seamless user experience.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Development & Architecture:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Build and manage dynamic website structures, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Develop both frontend and backend systems with clean and maintainable code.
• Implement modern UI/UX design practices and responsive layouts.

2. Technical Expertise & Tools:

• Work with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Utilize modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) for interactive UI development.
• Develop backend systems using PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or Python frameworks.
• Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Create and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Handle version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

3. Project Execution & Management:

• Successfully execute and deliver real estate web projects (property portals, booking systems, CRM platforms).
• Manage multiple websites/projects simultaneously with proper prioritization.
• Maintain and upgrade existing projects with regular improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met efficiently.

4. Website Management & Maintenance:

• Perform regular website updates, upgrades, and security patches.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and system issues promptly.
• Maintain different project environments (development, staging, production).

5. Design & Innovation:

• Implement modern design frameworks and evolving web technologies.
• Continuously improve UI/UX standards across all projects.
• Develop new layouts, features, and modules as per business requirements.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, hosting providers, and third-party service providers.
• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Management) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical input in decision-making and project planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer in a similar role.
• Mandatory experience in real estate projects (property listing portals, CRM, booking systems).

Technical Skills (Languages & Tools):

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
• Frameworks/Libraries: React.js, Vue.js, Angular
• Backend Languages: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
• API Development: RESTful APIs, third-party integrations
• Hosting & Servers: cPanel, VPS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Other Tools: CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, performance monitoring tools

Additional Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully executing and maintaining live projects.
• Strong understanding of website security, optimization, and scalability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Must be available for full-time onsite work (no remote option).

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with strong real estate domain experience and portfolio of live projects.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
