Web Developer (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Grand Square Mall, Gulberg III, Lahore (Full-Time/On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Advora Media is a full-scale digital and marketing agency working with global brands to build, scale, and optimize their online presence. We design, develop, and manage digital experiences that merge strategy, creativity, and technology.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development frameworks, CMS platforms, front-end performance, and backend integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Customize themes, plugins, and functionality for performance, UX, and SEO
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content teams to execute digital projects
• Optimize websites for speed, security, and responsiveness
• Handle website migrations, backups, and troubleshooting
• Integrate APIs and manage data flow between front-end and backend systems
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in web development
• Strong command of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and MySQL
• Familiarity with frameworks or tools like React / Vue / Laravel is a strong plus
• Experience with WooCommerce, cPanel, Git, and version control systems
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
