POSITION: Web Developer

We are looking for a talented Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry to design, develop, and maintain our company’s websites and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of developing user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces that support our marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive real estate websites.
• Integrate property listings, CRM, and lead generation tools.
• Optimize websites for SEO and performance.
• Update content, images, and property information regularly.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance digital presence.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and aligned with company branding.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (or similar CMS).
• Experience in UI/UX design using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience with API integrations and database management (MySQL).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
