D2C Content Management Professional.
Key activities
-
Website: Briefing to 3rd party agency to generate and create campaign’s creatives and copywriting
-
Proceeding the campaign and new product launch content process from A to Z
-
Managing localization process in accordance with global guidelines and local initiatives
-
SEO: Working closely with 3rd party agency on SEO to improve our organic search results
-
Insider: Managing on-site marketing tool (Insider) including strategy, campaign visibility
-
WhatsApp Broadcast Channel: Managing WhatsApp channel in accordance with current campaigns
-
CRM & Social Media: Working closely with related marketing teams to share and promote D2C campaign and features.
-
Performance Marketing Visuals: Working closely with performance marketing teams to prepare D2C campaign assets on Meta, Google, TikTok.

Creation and implementation of a content calendar to align with the E-Commerce, Corporate Marketing, and Digital Marketing team.

Research relevant trends, keep up to date with industry best practices and benchmark them.
Desired Skills & Experience
-
At least 5 years of experience in web marketing/web content management
-
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related work experience required

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics,
-
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

Having know-how in the visual & written digital content process
-
Preferable to have knowledge of content management systems
-
Working knowledge of web content marketing
-
Excellent analytical point of view

Working for a digital agency is a plus

Having a knowledge of the importance of and need for reporting

Excellent skills in Microsoft office packages; in particular, Excel
