Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the firm’s social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube)
- Create, schedule, and publish content that reflects the firm’s brand, values, and practice areas
- Ensure all content complies with legal advertising rules, bar association guidelines, and firm policies
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond appropriately or escalate to attorneys when needed
- Track engagement, follower growth, and platform performance
Content Creation
- Draft posts highlighting legal insights, FAQs, case results (when permitted), community involvement, and firm news
- Collaborate with attorneys to translate complex legal topics into clear, client-friendly content
- Create visual content (graphics, short videos, reels, infographics) consistent with brand guidelines
- Assist with blog posts, newsletters, and website content updates
Marketing & Branding
- Support overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and client inquiries
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
- Assist with campaign planning for practice areas, events, announcements, or seasonal initiatives
- Coordinate with outside vendors (designers, web developers, ad platforms) when applicable
Advertising & Lead Generation
- Assist with paid social media and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations
- Track leads generated through social media and marketing efforts
- Help maintain intake or CRM systems with marketing data
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on social media and marketing performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, successful content, and areas for improvement
- Make data-driven recommendations to attorneys or firm leadership
Reputation Management
- Monitor online reviews and firm mentions
- Assist with review response strategy in compliance with ethical rules
- Flag potential reputational or compliance issues immediately
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times
- Stay informed on attorney advertising and ethics rules applicable to marketing
- Obtain necessary approvals before publishing sensitive or legal-related content
Administrative & Support Tasks
- Maintain content calendars and marketing timelines
- Organize digital assets (photos, videos, branding files)
- Assist with event promotion and community outreach initiatives
- Support other marketing tasks as assigned by firm leadership
