Website Marketing Manager – Turn Clicks Into Customers

About Us

At Emerson Coast, we turn custom apparel into unforgettable moments for sororities, fraternities, and college groups across the country. We’ve grown fast, but now we’re ready to level up how our websites drive traffic, convert leads, and generate sales across all divisions.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a data-savvy Website Marketing Manager who can own everything from SEO to paid search to content strategy. If you love digging into keywords, tracking what’s working, and making web pages convert like crazy—you might be our person.

What You’ll Own

  • SEO Strategy – Keyword research, page optimization, technical audits, backlinking ideas
  • Google Ads + Paid Search – Targeted, optimized PPC campaigns that bring in real leads
  • Website Content Strategy – Landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, site structure
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – A/B testing, heatmap insights, funnel tweaks
  • Analytics & Reporting – Google Analytics, keyword tools, Shopify analytics, etc.
  • Collaboration with Creative + Social – Align campaigns across channels (but this is not a social-first role)

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in web marketing, SEO, and/or PPC
  • Experience using tools like Google Ads, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and GA4
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other eCommerce and email platforms
  • Ability to write and edit content that ranks and converts (...and manage freelancers who can)
  • Strategic mindset with a love of data, experimentation, and clear KPIs
  • Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS, CRO tools (Hotjar, etc.), or schema markup

Location:

In-person in Northwest Arkansas

Compensation:

$55,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

+ performance bonuses
