Efficient Tourism LLC is a Dubai-based travel agency delivering high-quality travel and tourism solutions. With a strong digital presence, we receive consistent inbound leads from our website, and we are looking for a professional to help convert these into successful sales.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Website Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role will focus on managing online inquiries, engaging potential clients, and converting website leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to leads generated through the company website
  • Engage with potential clients via email, phone, or WhatsApp to understand their requirements
  • Provide accurate information on travel services, packages, and offers
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain lead records in CRM and track conversion rates
  • Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth booking fulfillment
  • Support the sales department with reports and performance updates

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (tourism industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales over phone and digital channels
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
