Job Title:

Website Services Lead – Sales & Project Delivery (AED 2k–4k + 10-15% commission)

Employment Type:

Freelance / Contract (with option for full-time employment + company visa after probation, based on performance)

Salary Range (Base):

AED 2,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience)

Commission: 10–15% of net profit from all website projects brought in and delivered by your department

About Us

We previously ran a full-service IT infrastructure and automation company. Over time, we pivoted to a successful e-commerce/trading model. Now our e-commerce arm runs independently, and we are rebuilding our service division – starting with website design, redesign, restructuring, and performance improvement.

We are looking for one person to own, operate, and scale this division – not as a developer, but as a sales-driven leader.

Role Overview

  • You will act as the internal entrepreneur for our website services business. You will be responsible for:
  • Bringing in leads and closing website projects (design, redesign, performance fixes)
  • Managing project delivery – hiring freelancers or junior developers to do the work
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with quality
  • Scaling the department so it operates without daily oversight from ownership
  • You do NOT need to code or design yourself. You need to know enough about websites to scope work, hire the right people, and manage them.
  • You succeed when the website services division becomes profitable, repeatable, and independent.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing Coordination

Plan and execute digital ads (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn) to generate B2B leads

Work with our existing marketing team to create content, case studies, and email campaigns

Convert leads into service contracts (new websites, redesigns, performance optimization)

Project Management & Delivery

Scope projects and create clear briefs for freelancers or junior developers

Hire and manage external freelancers or part-time developers to execute the work

Review all deliverables before sending to client – ensure quality

Manage project timelines, client communication, and post-launch support

Team Management (as volume grows)

Build a roster of reliable freelancers (designers, front-end devs, SEO specialists)

Eventually hire a junior full-time developer under you

Assign tasks, monitor quality, and handle escalations

Reporting & Profitability

Track revenue, freelancer costs, ad spend, and net profit for each project

Provide weekly performance reports to leadership

Ensure the department covers its own costs + generates profit share

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven ability to close service-based deals (websites, marketing, IT, real estate, or any B2B service)
  • Tech-literate – you understand WordPress, basic hosting, website speed, and responsive design (you do NOT need to code)
  • Ability to manage freelancers or small teams to deliver client work
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) – client communication is key
  • Self-starter: You can generate leads, not just wait for them
  • Willing to work on freelance/contract basis initially (your own visa status)

Preferred:

  • Existing network of web freelancers (designers, developers)
  • Experience running Google or Facebook ads
  • Previously worked in a small agency or ran your own freelance business
  • Knowledge of UAE market rates for web services

Compensation & Visa

Base monthly: AED 2,000 – 4,000 (based on your experience & location)

Commission / Profit Share:

10–15% of net profit generated by your website services department

Paid quarterly or per project – structure to be agreed upon before hiring

Visa:

During probation (3–6 months): You work on your own visa / freelance permit

After proven performance (consistent profitability + clean delivery): We sponsor your company visa and transition you to full-time employee status if you wish

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

  • The website services division runs with minimal input from you (the owner)
  • At least 2–3 recurring clients (maintenance or retainer agreements)
  • Positive net profit each month after paying all costs + your commission
  • At least one junior developer hired and managed by you

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
