Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wedding planning and event management
• Manage client consultations, proposals, and budgeting
• Oversee event timelines, logistics, and on-site execution
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, designers, and suppliers
• Ensure exceptional client experience and satisfaction
• Supervise and mentor junior planners and coordinators
• Handle multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Maintain quality standards for luxury and high-profile weddings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality
• Proven experience managing large-scale or luxury events
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with UAE event industry/vendors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
