Female Event Organizer & Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Female Event Organizer & Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on the wedding and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and special events, while also driving marketing initiatives to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage weddings and special events from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and event logistics
• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting the wedding market
• Handle social media accounts, create engaging content, and promote services
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and event setups
• Ensure smooth execution of events and maintain high client satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Proven experience in event planning, preferably weddings
• Background in marketing, social media, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of the UAE wedding market is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
