Welder (MIG & ARC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced MIG & ARC Welders to join our fabrication/construction team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading technical drawings, preparing materials, and performing high-quality welding on structural steel, containers, and related components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain MIG and ARC welding equipment.
• Weld steel structures, containers, and components according to specifications.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Report material requirements and job progress to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a MIG and ARC Welder in construction or fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Proficient with welding tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
• Knowledge of different welding materials, thicknesses, and filler rods.
• Physical stamina to lift and position heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in container fabrication or industrial steelwork.
• Certification in welding or related field.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
