Welder/Fabricator

Custom machine-building facility is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team in Temperance, MI! This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a hands-on environment with 40+ hours per week, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work well with others
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Daily Responsibilities May Include:

• TIG/MIG welding and fabrication
• Grinding using hand tools and belt grinders
• Soldering tasks
• Bending and cutting rods
• Operating band saws, drill presses, shears, and press brakes
• General shop and production support as needed
