About the Role

As a Wellness / Front Desk Coordinator, you're not just the first face our guests see — you're the connection point that makes the Lume experience unforgettable. You’ll be at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, and aesthetics, supporting both our front desk and clinical teams to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

This Role is for you if you:

• Follow trends in longevity, biohacking, and aesthetic wellness
• Know the difference between NAD+ and B12 (or are excited to learn)
• Genuinely love helping people feel and look their best
• Believe wellness should be both beautiful and functional
• Thrive in high-energy, service-driven environments

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
• Build genuine connections — remember names, routines, and personal preferences
• Assist nurses with preparing guests for services like IV drips, saunas, and lymphatic compression
• Clean, reset, and organize service rooms to maintain Lume’s pristine standards
• Educate guests on our services, memberships, and product offerings (we’ll train you!)
• Make outbound calls or texts for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
• Assist with laundry, tidying, and back-of-house flow
• Participate in sales and contribute to a high-performing team

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week (10-hour shifts: 9am-7pm)

What we're looking for:

• Passion for aesthetics, recovery, and whole-body wellness
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Experience in wellness, medspa, retail, or hospitality is a plus — not required
• Eagerness to grow, learn, and evolve in a dynamic, team-first culture
