Allied Digital Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA with expertise in U.S. accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain U.S. company accounts under GAAP & IRS rules
• Handle corporate tax filings, returns, and compliance (Form 1120, 1065, 1099s, etc.)
• Prepare and review financial statements & reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with multi-state tax laws & sales tax nexus
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate reporting

Requirements

• Qualified CA / ACCA with strong U.S. accounting knowledge
• Experience in U.S. tax regulations & GAAP compliance
• Hands-on expertise in tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
• Strong skills in Excel (financial modeling & reconciliations)
• Ability to manage returns, audit files, and internal controls
