A leading BPO and IT services company, and become part of our growing team! We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations for our call center campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for call center positions
• Conduct interviews and onboarding sessions
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Support HR policies and employee engagement activities
• Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
✅ 1–2 years of HR experience (BPO industry preferred)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
