We’re Hiring: HR & Project Manager 1 Year Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage HR operations while also leading projects, teams, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Oversee employee relations, performance management & HR policies
• Lead and manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Improve team productivity and optimize workflow processes
• Handle onboarding, training, and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Proven minimum 1-2 experience in Human Resources (HR) and Project Management
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
• Excellent skills in project planning, execution, and team coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
