Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or final-year students
• Degree in BBA/MBA (Marketing/Sales) or IT
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in business operations, marketing, or client management
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
